BOTOX® Cosmetic is a prescription medicine that is injected into muscles and used to improve the look of moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows (glabellar lines) in patients over 18 years old for a short period of time (temporary). BOTOX® Cosmetic is administered by a healthcare professional as a simple, nonsurgical treatment that is injected directly into the muscles between the brows. It works by blocking nerve impulses to the injected muscles. This reduces muscle activity that causes moderate to severe lines to form between the brows. Individual results may vary.

The Growth Factor Facial is a procedure which combines platelet rich plasma (PRP) with the use of sterile microneedle dermal stimulation. This procedure does not include any injection with a syringe. The PRP (platelet rich plasma) is spread over the skin and the fine needles of of the micro needle device creates “entry pores” to the top layers of the skin.

Microdermabrasion is an exfoliating treatment that removes the outermost, superficial layer of skin by applying a gentle “abrasion” to the dry, damaged, dead layer of skin and then vacuums away these exfoliated skin cells. This process cleanses the skin and pores of impurities, leaves a smoother texture, and restores a more healthy outer skin layer. Because microdermabrasion is a gentle “exfoliating” process, this procedure would probably be better described as “micro-exfoliation”. Repeated micro-exfoliation improves the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles by increasing circulation and stimulating collagen. It can be used alone, or in combination with other treatments.
